Yoga Workshops

Breath work & Meditation for Anxiety, Stress and Chronic Pain


In this four hour workshop you will learn valuable tools to assist yourself, family members, friends and patients out of their sympathetic nervous system fight or flight mode and into a calming parasympathetic state of peace.  We will explore a variety of meditation options for every kind of “busy mind” such as mindfulness, mala, walking meditation, mantra, guided visualization and candle gazing.  A variety of different breathing techniques will also be practiced such as diaphragm breathing, 3 part Breath, ujjayi and body awareness exercises.

Yoga Remedial Exercise


In this 6 hour workshops student will learn a variety of Yoga poses for specific muscle groups to lengthen or strengthen the body. This workshop will also have a restorative yoga component and how to use aids such as rollers and balls for deeper muscle tension release.

This is an active workshop, no yoga experience needed and modifications will be covered for safety and comfort.
